Detailed Itinerary:
APRIL, 15, 2019 JOHANESBURG ARRIVAL
Upon arrival your group will be met by our local guide and will be transferred to the hotel for check in for one night. The rest of the night is at your leisure.
Overnight in Johannesburg at Southern Sun OR Tambo, standard room
APRIL, 16, 2019 FLIGHT TO HOEDSPRUIT – KAPAMA GAME RESERVE (B, L, D)
Breakfast at the hotel and then group will check out. Transfer back to Cape Town airport for onward flight to Hoedspruit (Flight separate). Upon arrival in Hoedspruit, transfer Kapama Game Reserve and check into the luxurious Kapama Southern Camp for the next two nights. Enjoy lunch at the lodge and then this afternoon set out on a game drive through the reserve in search of Africa’s Big 5. En route, you’ll stop for a sundowner drink and will have a chance to stretch your legs as you watch the sun set over the distant peaks of the Drakensberg Mountains. Return to the lodge for dinner.

APRIL, 17, 2019 KAPAMA GAME RESERVE (B, L, D)
All meals, drinks and two daily game drives are included. Accompanied by a skilled ranger and tracker, guests can expect to encounter a diverse range of animal and bird species on game drives. Since this is a Big Five reserve, seeing lion, leopard, elephant, rhino and buffalo in Kapama Private Game Reserve.

APRIL, 18, 2019 KAPAMA GAME RESERVE – CAPE TOWN – FRANSCHHOEK (B)
The day starts with an early wake-up call. Tea, coffee and rusks are enjoyed together before heading out at first light for your last morning game drive. Return to the lodge for a full breakfast and then check out. Transfer back to Hoedspruit airport for their onward flight to Cape Town (Flight separate). On arrival group will be transferred to Franschhoek in the winelands region. Although there are over 70 wine growing regions around Cape Town, the Cape Wineland region usually refers to the three most popular, Franschhoek, Stellenbosch and Paarl. Check in for the next two nights.

Breakfast at the hotel and then group will be picked up for a private full day winelands tour.
A superb afternoon dedicated to celebrating the glorious grape, the exceptional winelands region, and the heavenly scenery. The area’s rich with history, and we can’t help but feel it as we move through the region to experience a walking tour and two wine tastings, where you’ll learn all about the process of winemaking, from grape to goblet. Enjoy wine tasting at Haute Cabriere then head to Boschendal for a cellar tour and another wine tasting, followed by lunch.

APRIL, 20, 2019 FOODIES ON FOOT TOUR & TASTING – CAPE TOWN (B, L)
Breakfast at the hotel and then group will check out and at approx. 10:00 am group will take a Foodies on Foot tour. Group will take a Foodies on Foot tour. Excite your taste buds when you sample internationally-inspired, artisan food and drinks on an extended lunch walk. During the leisurely tour you’ll meet passionate food artisans, see historic sights and discover hidden gems in this lively university town. Next group will transfer to Stellenbosch for a wine estate for wine tasting. After transfer back to Cape Town and check in for the next three nights.

APRIL, 21, 2019 CAPE TOWN – FULL DAY PENISULA TOUR (B, L)
After breakfast set out on a full day Peninsula tour to the wild and beautiful Cape Point. Today’s drive will be very scenic with breath taking ocean views. Once at the Cape Point, you will have time to explore. Take a ride up on the funicular for magnificent views (funicular ticket included). On the return, we meander back along the coast towards the city and stop in Simon’s town and visit the penguin colony at Boulders Beach. Lunch is also included today at Bertha’s Restaurant in Simons Town.

APRIL, 23, 2019 CAPE TOWN – VICTORIA FALLS FLIGHT (B)
Breakfast at the hotel and then check out. Group will be transferred back to airport for onward flight to Victoria Falls (Flight separate). On arrival in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe group will be transferred to hotel, check in for the next two nights. Enjoy a drink at the Legendary Buffalo Bar whilst overlooking a game-rich waterhole. This afternoon embark on a relaxing sundowner cruise on the Zambezi Explorer above the mighty Falls on a scheduled cruise.

APRIL, 24, 2019 VICTORIA FALLS – GUIDED TOUR (B, D)
Breakfast at the hotel and then this morning you will enjoy a guided tour of the Zimbabwean side of the Falls.
The seventh Natural Wonder of the World puts on the most dramatic show for you. The afternoon is at leisure. Optional activities available. Attend a Vulture show and witness the spectacular sight of hundreds of vultures swooping down and feeding on leftover meat scraps and bones. Tonight, we enjoy a farewell dinner at the Boma Restaurant, a unique cultural experience that bombards the senses with the tastes, sights, sounds and smells of Africa, together with the warmth and hospitality of Zimbabwe and its people.
